Some Anthem plans will cover six virtual visits (and two prenatal virtual visits) with no cost to you. Here are the steps: 

1.      Please fill out this form with Wildflower. Wildflower is partnered with Anthem.

2.     If you are approved by Wildflower you’ll be automatically sent to another eligibility check with Anthem’s Building Healthy Families program. Your insurance plan must have this wellness benefit to be covered.
